Equiped with three simultaneous cutting tools and manual margin with a fully automated advance, PunchCard will die cut each sheet into 21 cards up ISO format ( 85.5 x 54 mm ) with rounded corners and thickness of up to 750 microns or 30 mils. Die cutting of the cards is ensured by reading crop marks using integrated fiber optics. The cards are automatically retrieved in the chimney stackers.
