PunchCard ® Hydraulic is a stand-alone automatic finishing unit for plastic cards.
PunchCard ® Hydraulic cuts out each sheet into 21 or 24 cards of ISO / CR80 (85.5mm X 54mm) format with rounded corners and thickness of 0.75mm (30 mils) up to 0.85mm (34 mils). Reading crop markw using integrated fiber optics ensures speed & precision die cutting of the cards.
The cards are automatically retrieved in the chimney stackers. (10 000 + cards per hour)
